Porter has not played since Week 7, and in six games this season he posted 16 tackles and one sack. Also on Wednesday, the Cardinals elevated linebacker Brandon Williams to the active roster and re-signed running back William Powell to the practice squad. | Tempe, AZ (Sports Network) - Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kevin Kolb is recovering from concussion-like symptoms after taking a blow to the head during Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers. Kolb took a hard hit prior to attempting a throw on the team's first offensive series. He was taken out of the game and replaced by John Skelton. The NFL folded its development league
in Europe after 16 years Friday.
The decision was made so the league could put a stronger international focus
